Responsibilities: Responsible for Network and IT Support in Managed Services and Operations department and also was deployed as Resedient Engineer at National assembly of Pakistan for their Internet Connectivity Project. o Coordination with stakeholders and internal management for designing, change management, and technical issues.o Coordination with Cybernet TAC for technical assistance and support. o Providing Technical Support and Identify & Resolve recurring issues. o Detailed investigation, analysis and resolution for all kind of Network related issueso Configuration and Troubleshooting of Multi-vendor i.e. (Cisco, Huawei) routers, Switches, Access points Firewalls and WLC. o Configuration of Cisco 800 series, 1800 series, 2500 series, 2600 series and 2800 series routers and Huawei AR-161, AR-6121E router.o Configuration of Cisco switches (CATALYST) I.e., 2900, 3500, 6500 series and Huawei S2750, S5735, S6720, S6730 switches.o Perform network maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and security configurations.o Monitor performance and ensure system availability and reliability.o Configuration of Network Monitoring tools: PRTG, Syslog, NTP and SNMP.o Monitor system resource utilization, trending, and capacity planning.o Provide Level-2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues,o Select and implement security tools, policies, and procedures in conjunction with the company’s security team.o Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for problem resolution.

Responsibilities: Responsible for network and IT support of Corvit Systems Peshawar, a network comprising of 150 users using Cisco and Microsoft technologies. Extensive troubleshooting of network, hardware and software environments. Infrastructure support on Microsoft Windows and Cisco technologies. Routing/Switching Administration and configuration of routing protocols EIGRP, BGP, OSPF, RIPv2 and IP Routing. Configuration of VLANs, VTP, STP, HSRP, VRRP, GLBP, DHCP, Inter-VLAN and port security. Troubleshoot: Troubleshooting network issues, routing and switching issues at different sites. Carry out full installation of cisco routers, protocols and cabling for routers, switches & new workstations. Troubleshooting different L2 and L3 issues by remote or site visit. LAN administration and support to provide full connectivity for the LAN network. Network/System Support: Network Support, Active directory account management, LAN, WAN, network, printers troubleshooting. Support of IT issues from different branches and locations. Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of hardware and software’s. Site Support: Support site users in issues related to network connectivity, machines connectivity, operating system issues, scanners, users’ profiles, viruses and vulnerability related issues. Interface with end-users to provide problem resolution via the telephone and remote desktop support for hardware, software, and other items. Network Monitoring: Configuration of Network monitoring tools: PRTG, Syslog Server, Network Time Protocols (NTP) and Simple Network Management Protocols. Network Security: Administration of ASA, Firewall, and hardening cisco routers/switches. System and Infrastructure: Windows Server 2012 R2, windows server 2016, administration & Management. Responsible for implementation, management, monitoring network infrastructure. Installing maintaining and configuring ADS, Configuring Group Policies.
