This program allows the user to upload files to a server, displays the files on the screen via an image carousel; then allows the user to edit/tag the images. The program then exports a json file which is in a COCO Dataset Format. This json file can then be used to train most machine learning algorithms. The navy primarily uses this program in order to make a niche training image dataset.
