Oxagon is a floating industrial city under development in the southwest corner of NEOM. My responsibilities include:- High mountain earthworks and cutting- Embankment and fill placement- Compaction of the subgrade layer- Aggregate base course installation- Asphalt pavement construction- Culvert and catch basin construction- Installation of drainage manholes, ditches, and soak aways- Utilities installation, including water lines and chambers- ICT system installation- NJB installation- Installation of light poles- Road marking and delineator installation- Traffic signage, including informational and directional signage- Installation of road fencesAdditionally, I inspect MEP and civil works, preparing daily reports that identify issues and provide corrective measures. Through these projects, I contribute to the development of essential infrastructure that supports project growth and connectivity.

Project Description,Saudi developer ROSHN have been announced Al-Arous project in Jeddah, which is the company’s second integrated residential community to be implemented, as part of a plan to develop several communities in nine Saudi cities.The project, which is in the north of Jeddah, spans 4 million square meters (sqm). It comprises 18,000 residential units.Work and Responsibilities,Carrying out daily inspections of the works and sign off the relevant part of the contractor's WIR's in a timely manner. Raising any observations and non-conformances or poor workmanship with the Engineers/ RE in a timely manner. Raising any safety issues with the Safety officer and/or safety engineer, keeping the RE informed.Reviewing and evaluate specifications and drawings prior to project pre-construction meetings; prepare and assemble pre-construction questions and suggestions for review. Conducting site inspections for all civil works including roads, storm water, utilities, drainage, and pipelines. Recording general and detailed conditions by reports, photography verify compliance with proposed plans and specifications; refer discrepancies with appropriate project staff member; research and verify a variety of information.

Project Description, Under the scope of the New Satellite Plants Water Transfer Systems (NSPWTS) Project, the Saline Water Conversion company (SWCC) were entered an Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) contract to improve the drinking water supplies to six cities along the West Coast of the Saudi Arabia Peninsula (HAQL, DUBA, ALWAJH, UMMLUJJ, ALLITH and FARASAN).Work and Responsibilities,• Responsible for the daily quality operations of the project with the objective of ensuring that preliminary works are inspected and passed prior to the commencement of next activity.• Supervision of Corban steel pipeline, Installation of Vent station, drain station, bedding testing, and backfilling.• Supervise the concrete pouring activities on site Coordinate with Testing Laboratory Representative.• Fallow the NCR and Site observation for maintaining the quality of work.• Maintain records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc.,• Performing all work in accordance with the Contract Administration Procedures Manual.• Observes work in progress to ensure that procedures are followed, and materials used confirm to specifications.• Takes samples of various materials tests and calls for testing as required, Concrete Cube and FDT for Backfilling and Bedding layers.• Inspection of work at site as per request of contractor.• Assisting of Senior Engineer in Preparation of Daily, Weekly, and monthly progress reports.• Checking of slump test prior to pour concrete.• Checking Quality of Shuttering, Steel, and other approved material at site.• Checking of material and assured the quality of work at site is according to approved material submittals.• Taking the Slumps & cylinders / Cubes concrete during concrete Pouring and ensuring the type of Concrete as per specification.• Ensuring the availability of third-party Laboratory technician for testing procedure.

The Government of Makkah were made a move to mitigate the catastrophic effect of the flood due to Stormwater that the City of Jeddah had experienced in the past years.This Mega project was conceived to control and direct the stormwater towards the sea. The whole project was consisting of 8 Packages with 5 Dams and 3 Channels/Drainage and outfalls.Daal –Al- Ensha EST worked as a sub-contractor under CCCC for the construction of Open channel at Berriman.Main activities and responsibility:• Review the IFC & Shop Drawings and Technical Queries.• Progress Monitoring / Making Reports• Inspections of Rebar.• Pre-Concrete Inspections, Form work, Covering, Spacing, Cleaning, Ties.• Concrete Supervision, Slump Checking, Concrete Temp, Placing of Concrete, and Compression Tests of cylinders / Cubes.• Use of Approved Add Mixtures in Concrete as specified in specifications• Use of Approved Material for Concrete Repairs if any.

Worked with AGES consultants in Malakand Pakistan for the Construction of fully damaged schools in crisis at District Swat, District Dir, and District Bonier. The project funded by USAID for the Re-Construction of 350 Schools buildings.The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Reconstruction Program supports the KP government's efforts to rebuild the school’s buildings and hospitals, which had destroyed by the 2009 military operations
