1. Assist in Major Labour Compliance Process (Maintain the all Register like CLRA License, Central Act and Minimum Wages etc.)2. Updating of Minimum Wages on Regular Basis along with the notifications.3. Support and advise employees to meet Labour Compliances, ensure compliance to the company’s policies.4. Review all necessary Statutory Compliances on behalf of company.5. Update applicable Human Resource systems and maintain data, as required.6. Payroll Review of Vendors: Collection of Attendance Reports from concern sites from Delhi, Haryana, UP &Punjab, Preparation of Pay Statements.7. Attend all the Statutory Audits on behalf of company at different locations.8. Responsible for timely submission of PF, ESIC & LWF in their respective regions.9. Vendor Management as per contract Labour (Regulation and abolition) Act 197010. Liaison with Labour Dept. and Local authorities11. Clint Interaction –Compliances, Invoicing, Wage and Bills
