Hi, I'm Hanis Safira, a fresh graduate student from UiTM Cawangan Pulau Pinang Kampus Permatang Pauh pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering (Hons.) Civil (Infrastructure). Currently, I'm working as project engineer at KK Engineering Solutions Sdn Bhd monitoring and handling projects by designing infrastructure and civil & structure works for submission to local authorities. Before this, I joined Graduate Trainee Programme (Protege) at Pintas Utama Sdn Bhd as QAQC assistant engineer monitoring in slope maintenance projects in southern region.During my degree course, I spent two months of internship at DCS Consolidated Construction Sdn Bhd at Meru, Ipoh specialized in geotechnical engineering testing and specialist construction works. I am also capable of doing laboratory work to determine the soil classification for various projects such as soil investigation for Projek Rancangan Tebatan Banjir at Kinta District, Bagan Datuk, and also soil investigation in upgrading road project at Cameron Highlands. Other than that, I able to conduct on concrete cube test and assessed the compressive strength of the cubes. Earlier, I completed six month internship at the government department of Jabatan Pengairan dan Saliran (JPS) Daerah Kinta/ Batang Padang during my diploma, where I was involved in various river maintenance & management projects and flood mitigation. For my final year project, I have conducted research on the Performance of Stabilized Clay with Crushed Coconut Shell by CBR Test.I am interested in civil engineering and would like to gain expertise in the construction industry.
