Since graduating from the University of Cambridge, I have built my career at high-growth Cyber-AI company Darktrace, beginning in Business Development & progressing to become one of the first members of the Customer Success team. I have specialised in large-scale deployments of Darktrace's technology, including working with several of our top-10 global accounts by ARR to project manage rollout, align with internal & external stakeholders from technical experts up to C-level, maximise customer retention and support the strategic sales team with upsell and cross-sell opportunities. Achievements in role include:Consistently significantly exceeding net-dollar retention targets.Project managing our largest global rollout & working on several internal initiatives, including building process for onboarding and improving customer advocacy externally.I have also been privileged to become part of Darktrace's 'Emerging Talent' program, consisting of 1% of employees identified as high-potential individuals. This program includes extensive coaching from experienced internal and external professionals, working with the executive team on key business challenges and building my skillset beyond my primary role as a CSM.
