Current- Manage a client portfolio of c$40m total contract valueResponsible for driving value, revenue retention and growth across a number of Darktrace’s largest customers in EMEA.- Project managing large-scale global deployments of Darktrace AI Cyber Defence technology- Ensuring clients are resourced to receive full value from their investment- Running Executive Business Reviews with C-Level contacts- Manage day to day engagement with accounts in my portfolio- Position accounts for renewal and introduce them to other product offerings to increase Annual Recurring Revenue across my client portfolio.- Commercial ownership of contract renewals.- Ensure Darktrace Executive Team is up to date and where appropriate involved with our largest clients.- Support joint marketing efforts with clients to improve external communication of customer success stories- Support with training and mentoring of new and existing Darktrace Employees
