Hanish is currently working in EXL as Project Manager in the Data Analytics and Data Engineering domain for a US based OTT client. He works on delivering data processes and data-backed growth strategies for the client.He completed his MBA from the Department of Management Studies, IIT Delhi (DMS, IITD).Before joining DMS, IITD, he worked with UnitedHealth Group as a system management analyst where he was responsible for maintaining the security standards and ensuring conformity to Role-Based Access Control. He also worked as an ETL developer and created ETL jobs based on business requirements.Hanish pursued his graduation in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology, Hamirpur. As a student, he was extensively involved in various college activities including Cultural, Technical and Sports which has allowed him to work closely with his peers and helped him cultivate interpersonal communication skills.
