- Manage team of 20+ (indirect + direct) local and overseas Engineers responsible for executing development of controls and relays per the MGPP plans for existing control products working in Firmware, Software, System Test and Power System engineering functions.- Help facilitate cadence meetings – sprint Planning, sprint execution, stand ups, grooming, sprint Retro and Demo.- Responsibilities include estimating schedule, resources & budget for R&D and capital equipment.- Worked with QA team to design and create automation test platform to automate most of the software interface GUI and IED testing using Test Complete Tool in Python and integrate with Jenkins.- Coached, mentored team members and set their development and performance goals.- Utilized contract resources, offshore development teams and collaborated with corporate centers of excellence. - Worked with project manager through all phases of projects from “Definition” to “Sustain”, helping mitigate technical and overall schedule risks.

- Designed and Developed test plans to perform component integration testing and functional box testing on network’s call processing elements present in a WiMax environment, an OFDMA based network. - Worked with Software Development team in configuration and debugging code in C/C++ in both Windows and UNIX environment.- Gained strong knowledge of wireless technologies including 802.11a/b/g/n, TCP/IP protocol suite, DHCP, DNS.
