• Responsible to test account balances including payables by inspecting invoices, double entries and performed reconciliations. Managed to improve professional communication by working closely with requestor, finance and payment teams.• Responsible to test accruals account balance by inspecting invoices, subsequent payment vouchers, journal vouchers for adjustments performed by client and perform reconciliation of vendor statement of account.• Performed testing on account receivables balances by verifying to the authorized invoices with correct details like customer names, quantity and prices. This internship provides me with hands-on working experience in Exploration, Development and Production (EDP) Finance department. Throughout this period, I prepared a Statement of Budgeting for their next 5 years foreseeable future. I was also responsible to prepare Joint Interest Billing (JIB) and Monthly Management Report (MMR) every month for all costs incurred by PETRONAS Malaysia. Other than that, I constructed Cash Call at the end of every month and uploaded it on PETRONAS SAP System to notify other departments such as Treasury and partners for approval. Also, I was actively involved in meetings within and across departments by suggesting suggestions and feedbacks.

As a restaurant server, I was involved in back of house kitchen tasks such as preparing desserts and drinks while maintaining restaurant’s KPI to complete orders less than 15 minutes. Moreover, customers’ complaints are solved through own initiatives or refer to manager if necessary. It also helps me to improve my teamwork skills as I worked with a team of six while conducting the services.
