Hani Suhaila graduated from International Islamic University Malaysia with a Masters in Management. She was a lecturer in Multimedia University for 12 years. She is a professional trainer in the public service sector and has conducted numerous trainings in the area of management and skills development. She is passionate about charity events and has been involved with the State of Malacca’s charity scene as the Deputy President of Persatuan Sebaran Budi also an Outreach Coordinator for Malaysian Integrated Medical Professionals Association (MIMPA) which is an NGO known for charity works. Her team was also awarded top innovation award and received grants from the government agency for the work in the charity scene. Hani was the Head of University Community Transformation Centre (UCTC) in Student Affairs Division, involves in Community Engangement programs, events and university linkages with Malaysia Ministries to find tune with KTP projects. Hani won 'Johan Wanita Belia Negeri Melaka' in year 2021, which Malacca State Government acknowledge her contributions and initiatives in Melaka. Hani also received awards of Bintang Khidmat Terpuji and Pingat Bakti Belia from Melaka State Government as her involvement in Youth Development Initiatives and Community Services with Jabatan Kesihatan Melaka(Melaka Health Department), Jabatan Kebajikan Masyarakat (State Charity Department), Jabatan Pembangunan Wanita Melaka (Melaka Women Development Department). Currently, she is active in training development program; designing module for entrepreneur upskill and reskill program, designing module for business communication in workplace and many others. She also provide training for Medical Doctors from Melaka Emergency Department, Malacca Hospital on Customer Service Skills as well as giving talks to several events on her specialities; Communication, Grooming and Etiquette, Stress Management and many more.
