Facilitating individual emotional and behavioral therapy for children and youth using the garden as an intervention tool + parent counseling.

As a social worker in the The Neve Ofer Crisis Intervention House I was a liaisons between the children living in the house and their biological families/caregivers, schools and social service agencies. Providing individualized treatment plans, clinical counseling (play therapy) and group counseling, using horticultural therapy as a treatment model. Supervising the staff members in there day to day work with the children through individual and group meetings.

Looking after the welfare of the elderly, improving their quality of life and providing a comprehensive and professional response to questions and issues which arise during this time of life. Arranging and overseeing the right care and service for each individual and conducting home visits.

After school group counselor of at risk children. Facilitating a safe, secure and therapeutic environment where the complex needs of each of the children was met by providing scholastic enrichment, emotional and behavioral support.
