Human Resources Manager
Current• Supporting organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; and recommending changes.• Onboarding newcomers into the company and determining suitable salaries and remuneration.• Enhancing the organization’s HR by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and HR policies, programs, and practices.• Providing the necessary support systems for payroll requirements.• Ensuring planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees; scheduling management conferences with employees; hearing and resolving employee grievances; and counseling employees and supervisors.• Ensuring legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable HR federal and state requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records, and representing the organization at hearings.• Retaining historical human resource records by designing a filing and retrieval system and keeping past and current records.• Overseeing the improvement and implementation of appropriate employee-coping strategies and cultivating the work culture.• Developing adequate induction and training.• Supporting employee opportunities for professional development. Managing succession planning of staff.• Assisting with the performance management and review process.
