Currently Group Chief Strategy Officer and a Member of the Group EXCO of CIMB, accountable for areas of Strategy, Performance & Programme Management, Corporate Finance & Investment Management, Customer Experience Management, Transforming Customer Journeys and the GCEO’s Office.>18 years experience in areas of corporate & strategic planning, corporate finance, M&A, project management, investment analysis & appraisal, unit trust, portfolio and asset management, global equities and real estate investment. Began career at the Corporate Services Department of PNB in 2006 and served PNB in various capacities, including roles within Asset Management, Investment Analysis, Strategic Asset Allocation, International Fund Management & the President & Group Chief Executive’s Office, before taking up the role of CIO at LTAT.Graduated with a B.Sc. (Hons) degree in Actuarial Science from the London School of Economics. Has also obtained a Diploma in Technical Analysis from the Australian Technical Analysts Association as well as a Postgraduate Diploma and Masters in Applied Finance & Investment, both from the Financial Services Institute of Australasia. A Certified Financial Technician (CFTe) and has also attended the Program for Leadership Development (PLD) at the Harvard Business School.
