- Gathered and compiled requirements from upper management and business teams to generate BRDs (business requirement documents).- Identified inefficiencies and recommended optimal system functionalities / business processes to create function design documents and technical designs for the Brauz application.- Transformed data models into working applications through the deployment of microservices and serverless architectures.- Modelled IoT data and prepared reports and dashboards to assist in shaping applicable data and business strategies.- Applied suitable machine learning algorithms and developed customer segmentation, scoring, and predictive data models using Python.- Utilized data and process modeling techniques to create system specifications for development and the technical design of the system.

- Documented and designed all of the product requirements for the Earfin application (mobile & web) and worked with the development team to successfully launch the beta application.- Supervised the entire Earfin staff (developers, interns, business team) and pitched the application to venture capitalists and angels to receive seed funding.- Developed initial sales and marketing plans in an effort to cause media buzz and to bring early exposure to the application.
