Oversee and direct day to day inside sales, distribution, and service operations of a manufacture representative business representing over 20+ manufacturers in the foodservice equipment industry. Include strategizing and executing sales and marketing campaigns, administer and foster client management, and provide strong emphasis and support on new business development.

Upper management position directing the entire US and international equipment service network by managing over 350 independent service agencies through contract negotiations, technical training, parts inventory, parts sales and warranty service. Oversaw the internal technical support, customer service, warranty and technical writing department managing over 15 people in various expertise. This experience led to tremendous growth in leadership and was able to see and be part of the industry through building strong relationships and network.

Oversee and increase manufacturing cost efficiency including analyzing and re-engineering production flow and processes. Implement company wide JIT (Just In Time or Lean) manufacturing by overhaul of plant layout, part assembly staging and final assembly flow. Train and help execute 5S methodology to systematically standardize the entire workplace.

Research, design and engineer commercial cooking equipment for large quick service restaurant chains all across the US. (Including McDonald's, Carl's Junior, KFC, Jack In The Box...etc). My roles included product design, innovative idea implementation, 3D solid design, CNC programming and product improvement through researching equipment data analytics.
