Opened Forest City's Denver office to pursue the development of Denver's 4,700 acre Stapleton Airport site into a mixed-use community of 15,000 "New Urban" homes and apartments as well as 13 million SF of commercial development. Major focus on sustainability and public education in the role of adding value to a new community.Community activities included Board Chair-Public Education and Business Coalition, Executive Board-Metro Denver Economic Development Corporation, Board of Directors - Cherry Creek Arts Festival, Board Chair - CTEK - Stapleton's Business Incubator, and Board of Directors - Stapleton Foundation.

IAC was a publicly traded apartment REIT ( Controlled by The Irvine Company) ) based in Newport Beach, CA. The portfolio of 30,000+ apartments was and now is owned by The Irvine Company. From 1994-1999, the assets were held as a REIT. IAC developed and owns some 30,000+ rental apartments throughout California mainly concentrated on the Irvine Ranch in Orange County, but also located in Northern CA and the San Diego area.
