Upon graduating from James Madison University in 1982, Hank's career began as a CPA for a Virginia firm and for Price Waterhouse in San Francisco. After several years of fee based financial planning for Executives and Athletes, Hank founded On-Site Financial in 1992 and built it into a multi-million dollar organization assisting primarily small and middle market business with a range of financial initiatives including CFO consulting focused on profitability; investing, mergers and acquisition initiatives; hiring financial executives; and streamlining financial process. Hank is an active member of the business community participating at different times as Director of the American Association of Finance and Accounting, Director of the Oregon Entrepreneurs Forum (currently OEN), Director of the Association for Corporate Growth, a member of the American Electronic Association Finance Committee and the Financial Executives Networking Group. Hank enjoys an active life with 2 teenagers and 1 adult child, and in his spare time enjoys competing in tennis, golf, and traveling to sunny spots.
