Hank successfully guided the company through a complicated turnaround including multiple litigations, the loss of major Federal and State contracts, and the relocation of the office. He restructured the business model, implemented internal controls and developed performance measurements, financial models and new business programs. He was appointed a member of the CA core team for the National Governors Association's Manufacturing Academy and Congressman John Garamendi’s manufacturing task force. The company is in a solid financial position with an excellent business infrastructure and poised for a strong and successful future. Prior to founding PBS Group, Hank held various senior positions with Owens-Illinois, Inc., a Fortune 300 global packaging company, and managed businesses from $140MM to $1.2 billion in revenues. He has extensive senior management experience serving in general management and executive positions within all divisions of Owens-Illinois. Hank earned a BBA from Ohio University and an MBA from Bowling Green State University, served as an Army Field Artillery Officer and on numerous boards. He is currently a Director of the Alliance of Chief Executives, of Qualpay Inc. and a Gerson Lehrman Group scholar.
