I received my RE sales license in 1978 and my brokers (007) in 1985. In those years I ran the George Elkins Company saving it during the great recession of 1990. I went on to found and fund two (2) pioneers in the tech industry the Internet Surf Shop (opened 1995) and NewsBreaker (1998). After surviving the dot bomb of 2000, I decided to take my experience back to the real estate industry founding TenantsEdge the very first Technology + Real Estate firm. Out of this came a passion for integrating technology with my solutions for all my real estate clients.
