Responsible for designing, developing and training my team on systems to communicate to project managers and application development teams the release schedule and progress of testing efforts and progress on defect resolution through a fully interactive Dashboard.• Designed and implemented systems for managing requests for testing and defect tracking.• Developed an automated Dashboard, including Gantt charts via Flash, for displaying testing status.Continued to run End to End Tests now requested through the Dashboard. Logged issues with the new feature I introduced. Designed and implemented a Collaborative Meeting System for the JPMC Houston location.• Designed disaster recovery procedures in the event of database unavailability. Implemented an interactive release calendar for the Risk Technology program. Notices of Freeze periods and release dates were automatically pushed to users’ Outlook Calendar. An interactive Gantt chart displayed the calendar for online viewing.Designed and implemented testing tools for use by the Testing team with an eye toward code abstraction and reuse. Tools would validate supply feed readiness and data setup.• Tools emphasized clean GUI interfaces and simple, intuitive interactions and experiences.• Stored Procedures used to clean up data for restaging tests and validating inputs. • Utilized Excel macros and VB to gather data from ORACLE and generate and publish reports for project managers and developers. Managed efforts to automate regression tests with results analysis performed and reports published online. Ran End to End Tests and provided feedback from regression tests and data validation. Trained new hires on execution of E2E testing and use of Dashboard and tools. Ran daily calls with project managers and application development teams for whom we were running tests.
