Multi-Access Edge Computing (MEC) is the link between the Internet of Things and Cloud Computing. Many challenges face this emerging ecosystem which notably includes account authentication, user verification, secure communications, and confidential application management. This is my area of expertise. I have over 15 years of experience in development and deployment of Internet services in mobile ecosystems. My experience covers the advent of Internet & Telecommunications convergence, the initiation and growth of always-connected services, designing mobile services for cloud platforms, securing & using credentials on mobile devices, and most recently the introduction of the Internet of Things with the focus on security and authentication services.
