Senior Project Manager - Release Train Engineer

Our company provides Athletic Training coverage for a variety of events including, but not limited to, tennis tournaments, soccer tournaments, football, basketball, lacrosse, rugby, etc.We also provide Strength and Conditioning services to those wishing to improve their athletic performance and overall fitness.

Technical Operations Manager - Previously responsible for a portfolio over $4 million, in addition to Minor Mod and Operations and Maintenance budget. Previously managed over forty-five resources. Responsible for ensuring all Return To Performance (RTP) metrics are met, as well as ensuring all projects in the portfolio meet their performance objectives and that any red or yellow projects create and execute a Return to Green (RTG) Plan. Agile Coach - Recently led an effort to rewrite how projects internal to LM implement Agile Methodologies. Previously coached multiple teams on implementing Agile, and am leading a Coaches Pipeline to develop Agile proficiency and Agile Coaches.Project Manager - Was responsible for creating and implementing a Return to Green (RTG) plan for the Global Information System. Previously responsible for a team working the re-certification of the Earned Value Management System for key programs. Led recovery of CAM Workbench R2.0, a program with a TCV of $1.5 million. Previously responsible for the oversight of over ten projects and project managers. Created process improvements and led educational sessions to improve PM's skills. Supervised cost and schedule, created earned value calculations, instituted proper risk management procedures, led weekly status meetings and Monthly Project Reviews (MPRs). Managed a Technical Operations team of 40+ employees, responsible for software development and Operations and Maintenance. Led department reorganization in 2011. Was responsible for employee development; resource and skills management, ensuring timely availability of skills; and provision of mid- and long-range resource planning. Actively worked to leverage resource availability using best practices, improved software development processes, and appropriate tools and methodologies. Identified and implemented process improvements, capturing and disseminating lessons learned and good business practices within team.
