Senior Product Manager, Na Software
Current- 17 consecutive quarters of YOY growth, most recently finishing FY24 at 27% growth YOY.- 15 new solutions across successfully launched across Consumer, Corporate and Global segments.- Exceed financial targets by building and executing category business plans for the assigned software portfolio.- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to accelerate software revenue growth.- Continuously evaluate the partner and native software portfolio and collaboratively with the BU’s, identifies new partnerships that fill solution gaps. Charters the onboarding of new partnerships, including managing through sales, operational and GSC functions.- Lead the creation of efficient processes for the sales, enablement and fulfillment of software, with the objective of end-to-end ease of doing business for internal and external constituents and customers.- Coordinate and develop training for sales teams, technical resources and BDM’s.- Attend, contribute and organize sales events and articulate software value proposition, technical details, and other applicable information to sales.- Work closely with procurement, brand, product development, marketing, business management, operations and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of product offering and business growth.- Plan and manage programs/projects to meet product delivery, customer service and revenue goals.
