After over 30 years in the video business, I decided to retire a couple of years back but just couldn't do it. Within a month I was so bored that I thought I would go stir crazy. Since I had been actively involved in the DVD authoring business since its beginnings in 1996, I decided to start a new company called Paris Multimedia with my wife, Gail Paris. We specializEd in authoring standard and Blu Ray DVDs, creating websites, graphic design and language customization which includes, closed captioning, sub-titling and dubbing in 36 languages using native speakers. We closed Paris Multimedia because the market had changed to a point that the vast majority of our clients were doing their own authoring.
