Our team focuses on the structuring and analysis of Banking transactions $15m+. This includes new customers to the Bank, existing customers seeking to grow their business, acquire other businesses, restructure their banking needs already with us etc. As the Senior Analyst within the team, I work on the larger and more complex transactions. I partner with the front line and risk colleagues, other analysts and internal specialists to achieve the desired outcome for all stakeholders. I am passionate and motivated by achieving approvals for the customer needs and simultaneously meeting the Bank's required outcomes regarding risk and mitigation.We also collaborate with our front line and risk colleagues to generate portfolio insights and reporting on a needs basis. This can assist with targeting additional lending opportunities, better management of existing customers, policy revisions and the like.

(Secondment) Customer Management Group was a newly formed, specialist division within Westpac Business Banking. Our focus was assisting businesses that had been adversely impacted by COVID-19 to varying degrees. We worked as a multi-State and multi-brand division.

In this role, I initially managed and grew a Portfolio of general Commercial Banking and Property customers. I then joined a specialised team for clients in Manufacturing and Wholesale industries and their banking needs. We specialised in working capital solutions with focus to rely on the value within the business's Balance Sheet, not necessarily requiring traditional, property security. Our customers were also assisted through our industry expertise and contacts to introduce them to other businesses and industry partners to collaborate with for the combined benefit of all parties.

Servicing Corporate Banking needs and relationships of client firms within the industries of manufacturers, wholesalers and professional services (accountants, solicitors, insurance brokers and financial planners). Also managing the personal banking needs of the client company Directors.

Assessing, structuring, approving and settling propery finance transactions (residential, commercial, construction).
