Anchored UX-Research, including surveys, for the midtown office of this SSP (Supply Side Provider) in digital advertising. Although PubMatic focused on publishers, I helped advertisers who bought the right ads at competitive prices.

Part of corporate User Experience Research Team. Focused on diverse needs of Credit Card Services, both secure and public site projects. Performed usability, heuristic reviews, and provided design and content input. Also planned, continually upgraded, and ran fully-digital usability lab that supported testing of both computer and mobile prototypes behind corporate firewall.From 9/13, Project Manager for internal Controls program, helping improve Enterprise-wide processes for Sworn Documents.

Contract. Led usability testing and assisted with interaction design for an internal product that will impact millions of people within a few years.

Internal consulting for US-based teams. Most work was UX for documentation: UI Specs, Style Guides, User manuals as well as proposals, smattered with user testing for web sites and a few field interviews - for a wide variety of Siemens domains.

Wide variety of web-oriented consulting engagements, ranging from testing and research to participating in interaction design and information architecture; for both internet and intranet sites. Primary domain was Pharmaceutical companies. Others included financial management, insurance, and site selection.

Led and participated with a small team which did interaction design and information architecture, as well as user testing for early online business university. Lead inventor for online grading patent.

Media-oriented research lab. Led early project on wearable camcorder (lead inventor on 4 patents). Other research on tools to help people remember their lives, leveraging rich audio, and the meaning of play to tweens.
