I participated in launching the first W Hotel in Asia.Although I was picked to be the front liner agent, I did back-office job until the official opening as the hotel was still under construction. I learned the format of Starwood Hotels & Resorts SOP (Standard operating procedures) and applied into a new protocol adjusted to W culture, to WOW the guests. Not only the general SOP, I participated in setting up the AWAY SPA SOP too. I was also a cameraman to film and archive every treatment session which was performed by the professional therapists.After the official opening, I started to work in the front, assisting with queries regarding to AWAY SPA treatments and products. I worked closely with the ROO hotel membership team, and assisting with updating, following up with reservations, handling complaints, providing WOW customer services.

Mandatory military service. I served in a small military base in Pyeong-taek, Kyunggi Province, South Korea. I started as a driver specialist, but after a computer skill proficiency check, I was re-assigned as a weapon and ammunition logistic staff. As there was no operation manual at that time, and the jobs were unsorted and passed by mouth to mouth, I volunteered to draft a SOP (Standard Operating Protocol) booklet for weapon and ammunition logistic operation tasks for the base for my successor. I benchmarked the format from the official Military Action Plan XXXX.
