Leveraging the innovative capabilities of SLA 3D printing technology, I was able to bring my detailed designs to life with exceptional precision and quality. This endeavor involved a comprehensive product production process, from the initial prototype development to the creation of the final product. My efforts were met with significant success, as evidenced by the sale of 70 sets of wheels within a mere two weeks, generating a substantial profit exceeding NTD 20,000. This accomplishment not only highlighted the demand and profitability of our venture but also demonstrated my effective utilization of manufacturing technologies to meet the specific needs of model car enthusiasts.

In my role, I made substantial contributions to optimizing coating machine installations, significantly enhancing operational efficiency through meticulous organization of parts and procedures in advance. My efforts streamlined the installation processes, directly boosting overall efficiency. Additionally, I played a pivotal role in identifying and addressing deformation issues in coating machines, a task that entailed conducting extensive research on the materials and structural aspects of the coating heads. This initiative not only resolved critical issues but also deepened my understanding of the machines' architecture. Over time, I acquired comprehensive knowledge of the structure of coating machines, including the intricate designs of coating heads and the workings of pumps, alongside gaining insights into the coating process itself. My dedication and thorough approach in these areas allowed me to contribute significantly to the team's success and ensure the seamless operation of coating machines, highlighting my capacity to address and solve complex problems while enhancing efficiency and understanding in technical environments.

During my internship, I honed my skills in controlling and maintaining CNC machines, significantly deepening my understanding of their operation through the use of G and M code. My technical expertise was further enhanced during my tenure at Nakamura-Tome Precision Industry Co., Ltd. in Japan, a renowned CNC machine manufacturer. There, I not only operated but also excelled in repairing these machines, acquiring profound knowledge of their manufacturing, structure, control, and repair processes. My hands-on experience in Japan broadened my skill set, providing invaluable insights into CNC machinery and greatly contributing to my proficiency in this field. This international exposure allowed me to master the intricacies of CNC machines, from their operational techniques to their structural complexities, ultimately elevating my expertise in the maintenance and operation of these advanced manufacturing systems.
