My job is about managing large accounts and enabling peer trainers to uplift and empower their local communities. They do this by training community members, employees and micro business-owners in financial literacy and business management.

Avocado Vision is a company obsessed with making a social impact through education and I am one of those lucky people who gets to do the kind of work that makes a difference in the world. Through private and public funding, we are able to create jobs for peer-educators in communities. These trainers are then able to mobilise people to attend life-changing financial skills-, entrepreneurship-, land stewardship- and business training programmes, for free!

Training development, sales and consulting. Management training, business plan & sales force development. Strategic curriculum development and large account management.

Advising businesses on formation of BEE ownership schemes. Drafting education and communication strategies to educate shareholders on ownership rights and encourage empowerment initiatives.

Design and implementation of sales and leadership development programmes . Curriculum development for training courses in sales, leadership and marketing. Event management and coordination of four-week residential development programmes. Liaison with local and international speakers.
