My name is Han Luis Cera, and I am the lead singer and Synthesiser player in an Art-Rock band called Mutant-Thoughts. We have played all around the UK, and had the pleasure of playing ArcTanGent Festival 2022 and Simple Things 2024.We're proud of having one of our EPs recorded and produced by Grammy Award-Winning Producer, Sylvia Massy, famous for her work with Tool, Prince, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, System of a Down, etc, from whom I learned ground-breaking techniques.I am also sponsored by Sequential, a renowned US based Synthesiser manufacturer. I have a degree in Sound Design for Video Games, and a degree in Sound Engineering, both from SAE Amsterdam, and a degree in Music, from the Conservatorium van Amsterdam. As a composer I have worked in several projects, including helping design sounds and loops that were later used on various BBC Nature documentaries.My main job is as a freelance Sound Engineer at most of the main Live Venues in Bristol, such as the Bristol Beacon, Strange Brew, Trinity Centre, The Jam Jar, and SWX, and several Festivals including Glastonbury Festival and Bristol Sounds.I was Tech Manager at Dareshack for 2 years, where I used the d&b Soundscape surround system (Object Based Mixing), which I also teach at dBs Institute.I am committed, responsible, determined, and passionate about my work, but I am also easy going and friendly.
