Scope of work includes but not limited to: monitoring, leading and supervising the group to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the company, receiving emergency and non-emergency calls, keeping records, addressing problems, assist to customer concerns and questions, scheduling and dispatching drivers according to customer requests or immediate needs.
