During participating Studi Independent at MyEduSolve, i got knowledge and skills in data cleansing, data processing, analysis, and data visualization, obtained technical skills in analytics with Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, and PowerBI and also acquire licenses and certifications in Microsoft Excel associate, Microsoft Excel Expert, and IT Specialist: Databases

- Acquire knowledge of the basics of python and R programming.- Get technical skill to visualize data with python.- Learn about good and effective visualization

I did an internship at PT Kalbe Morinaga Indonesia for 4 months, in the Human Capital Department. During the internship, this is what I did :● Participate to manage the recruitment processfor over 30 new full-time hires● Succes to assist HR Manager to hold internal training for company employees● Create content for company HR informations.● End to end content management (make a concept, plan, research, design, filming, edit, upload andreport)
