- Process weekly and fortnightly payroll - Assist with daily accounting tasks and financial transactions- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports- Reconcile accounts and bank statements- Maintain accurate financial records and data entry- Handle email queries and respond to client inquiries- Update client records and account details- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures

- Lead campaign planning, execution, and monitoring to meet marketing goals and deliver ROI.- Administer payroll for employees and contractors, ensuring accuracy in payments, deductions, and compliance.- Assist with contractor onboarding, payment scheduling, and contract management to ensure smooth collaboration.- Manage vendor and bill payments, including invoice processing and timely account reconciliation.- Respond to email queries from internal teams, contractors, and vendors, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.- Collaborate with finance teams to track budgets, expenses, and cash flow for efficient financial management

- Administers employee benefits and services (statutory and company driven)- Oversee and manage employee attendance / timekeeping- Ensures compliance to compensation practices set forth by law and by the company- Handle the payroll process- Assists in talent acquisition and recruitment processes- Assists in employee onboarding- Provides support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise- Assists in development and implementation of human resource policies
