Hanna is currently a Materials Engineer and the Development Team Lead at Hans von Mangoldt GmbH in Aachen, Germany, where she specializes in the development of application-specific reactors. Previously, she was a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Forschungszentrum Jülich (FZJ) in the Institute of Energy and Climate Research - Materials Synthesis and Processing (IEK-1). At FZJ, her research focused on thermal barrier and abradable coatings for high-temperature applications.Hanna earned her Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech, USA, in December 2019.
