My final MSc research project at BI Norwegian Business School was implemented in collaboration with Kahoot!. The main objective of the research was to investigate the effectiveness of personalized email communication, its impact on customer engagement and subsequent customer purchases. To answer the research question at hand, we designed a field study and ran the experiment using marketing automation. The project was given an A grade.
