In 2021 Läkare Utan Gränser re-organized and formed a new Digital Unit. The goal of the unit is to build the digital capabilities and guide the digital transformation needed in order for Läkare Utan Gränser to achieve its strategic objectives. I lead the re-organization project and was later asked to lead the team on a permanent basis. The team consists of product managers, digital strategist and administrators. Our team is responsible for the vision and road map of digital products and tools such as Salesforce NPSP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, websites, payment methods, crowdfunding platforms, project management tools etc.In this role I am also part of the management platform of MSF Sweden, which has the responsibility for budget, planning and strategy of the Swedish section.

In 2021-2022 MSF Sweden implemented Salesforce NPSP, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and an IPaaS solution called Minitab Connect. In the temporary position as CRM Implementation Manager I had the responsibility for the successful planning, design and execution of the full implementation. Responsibilities included change management and business process design as well as leading the core project team and external partners and consultants. Project was delivered under budget and all three platforms were able to go live on the same day.

I lead the Marketing Unit and it's team members in the pursuit of our unit goals, which mainly aim to recruit private donors and develop and retain private donor loyalty. My team consisted of strategists and specialists in marketing, donor acquisition, digital marketing, CRM, marketing automation and telemarketing. Responsible for both income result and cost budget. Responsible brand and marketing strategy and for ad agency & media agency. I was also a part of the Fundraising Management Team, which was responsible for the strategic and long term goals of all fundraising at Läkare Utan Gränser.

Responsible for online marketing at Media Markt HQ in Sweden. Strategic and operational responsibility for all digital channels, both owned and bought. Responsibility included everything from social media strategies, content production for all digital channels, media buying and leading a team of web editors, designers and developers. Close collaboration with ad agency & media agency. Part of marketing management team.

Acting Managing Editor and Club & Concert Editor at Allt om Stockholm, an online guide to Stockholm at the time owned by Aftonbladet. My role was to lead the daily work of the journalists and to project manage a new development of the sites back- and front end.

Advocacy and communication for student housing issues, Web Manager, IT responsible.

Started and ran Frivol design, a Web Agency, together with two friends. Only took on small projects, since I was still in High School, with the exception of Arvikafestivalen -98, where I did all the web design and development. The project took 6-8 months of after school-coding, and all I remember is a lot of frames. It was the 90s, after all.
