I'm working as a Process Analyst in Wargaming. My responsibilities are communication with colleagues, writing documents in Confluence and keeping them up to date, collection and analysis of allocations using corporate business systems. Implementation some improvements in Jira (collection and analysis of requirements). I help employees with Jira plugins: Big Picture, Kanban Board. Creating reports and working with Excel is also part of my responsibilities. In 2018, I graduated from the Faculty of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Belarusian State University (specialty in mechanics). After that, I completed my master's degree at the same faculty in 2020.I completed business analysis courses at ScienceSoft in 2019 (theory and practice, basic knowledge of MS SharePoint, MS Power BI, CRM, ecom systems, prototyping, diagram modeling, SRS). English - Upper Intermediate level (I continue to improve my English in the internal courses of my company).I studied German at the Goethe-Institut Minsk, level A2.Basic knowledge of the Polish language (studying at the moment).
