The primary responsibility was to drive the total sales. I was also managing our visuals and brand work. My work was consisted in the following:• Responsible for the total salesContinuous follow-up of ensuring sales, placement, and exposure of our products in stores, both in physical and online stores. • Responsible for our agents and distributorsContinuous follow up on sales and supporting of their sales through e.g. inspirational workshops. Set up new distributor agreements and collaborations. • Overall responsible for webshop sales (ensured that appropriate campaigns were implemented)• Responsible for the participation in trade shows such as Playtime Paris, CIFF Copenhagen, Kleine Fabriek Amsterdam, and Formex Stockholm• Responsible for photoshoots and imageryThis part was included in Creative Direction, sourcing of photographers, models, make up artists and stylists. The image material should be used for trade shows, store exposure, look books and product information – and of course to create media content.• Design and product developmentI worked closely together with the clothing development and the international factories.• Responsible for setting the right attitude and culture for the company against customers and employees
