Hi there, I'm Hanna! I graduated from Linfield University with a B.S. in Biochemistry and two minors in Music Performance and Leadership & Ethics Across Disciplines. My research interests in mitochondrial function and aging-related disease led me halfway around the world to Bonn, Germany, where I carried out a Fulbright Research Grant at the German Center for Neurodegenerative Disease (DZNE). I am now carrying out a master's degree in Biomedical Neuroscience at the TU in Munich. Contributing to the global scientific community is important not only in my pursuit of disease research, but also in paving a path of inclusivity within STEM.
