Completed my work term for school. Mainly worked alongside the disability management team as well as training and development and recruitment. Filing paperwork, sending out covid forms for employees, speaking with WSIB, completing data entries and participating in new hire classes and interviewing processes. Also, took part in a WSIB audit.Completed a workplace safety program including WHMIS, and monthly IT safety modules.

Promoted to shift supervisor after the first month. Responsible for others, ensuring work is completed efficiently and safely, making accommodations where necessary and creating an inclusive working environment. Work with the company database to organize the workflow and check employee notes to ensure all cars and work are documented correctly. Meticulously clean the interior and exterior of all cars entering the shop, keeping accurate notes of completed work for dealership records. Completed a workplace safety program including WHMIS, working with people with disabilities and workplace harassment prevention.
