Excited to embark on a new journey as a Business Development Manager in the digital marketing field!

Sales / Presales / Account Management: My main role was conducting introductory meetings for potential collaborations, providing solutions to current problems in the 3D rendering sphere, maintaining connections with existing clients, handling all documentation preparation, reactivating leads, and seeking new clients mostly via LinkedIn. I had an amazing experience working with a wide diversity of people from different spheres and countries.

I worked as a Sales/Account Manager for a moving company in the USA. My primary responsibility was to assist clients from initial contact through various communication methods such as calls, Zoom calls, and emails. I collected essential information to calculate moving costs and provide accurate quotes.In this role, I mainly engaged in B2C sales while also managing a significant number of commercial accounts. This experience allowed me to enhance my English communication and negotiation skills, enabling me to effectively meet client needs.

I worked as a Customer Service Specialist in the Food and Beverage department at the Marriott Minsk Hotel. My main responsibilities included greeting guests, taking orders, and helping with any questions or issues they had.This job taught me how to communicate effectively and solve problems quickly while providing great service in a busy atmosphere.

I moved to the Netherlands to work as a Child Care Specialist. This was a fantastic opportunity for me, as it allowed me to improve my English skills and gain valuable experience interacting with people from various nationalities.
