I was once told that if you don’t understand people, you don’t understand business. Lucky for me, people are my thing. Making conversation and asking questions is what I enjoy.Day to day, I bring the numbers and data to conversation. I translate the numbers into decision making material - on their own, numbers are simply a measure of activity. The activity itself is what matters, it is what actually leads to results. In my professional services role, I use these skills to better the businesses of our clients and the learnings of my team. In the community, I volunteer these skills to improve the operations of not for profit organisations.
