I hold a Bachelor of Environmental Science (Wildlife and Conservation Biology) with distinction and a Bachelor of Environmental Science Honours (H1) from Deakin University, Burwood. I have 16 years’ experience in customer service and client services management. I have developed exceptional communication skills, conflict resolution capabilities, strong administrative abilities, effective facilitation between a business and clientele. Working a senior role I have enhanced leadership capabilities, been accountable for providing exemplary client services, implemented procedures to better workspaces, client services and efficiency. As a Biodiversity Project Officer at the Yarra Ranges Council I was responsible for a biodiversity monitoring program using infrared cameras and the further development of an ESO (Environmental Significance Overlay) using GIS (Geographical Information Systems).
