•Oversaw day-to-day operations at two campus office locations offering all CPDS resources and services•Supervised three full-time professional staff and up to 14 student staff, provided guidance to create and deliver customized career content, services, and events to students at West and Downtown campuses leading to stronger relationships with staff/faculty •Lead the ASU Internship Professionals Network where internship faculty and staff connected to share best practices •Assisted in the management and promotion of the Handshake Experiences module for internship faculty and staff to automate their program’s request, approval, and evaluation processes •Acted as a liaison for CPDS with Educational Outreach & Student Services at West campus, supporting EOSS initiatives and events, and attending biweekly leadership meetings to strategize how to enhance student support services

Assist students and community members with career exploration through career assessments, job shadows, and career interviews. Provide assistance with job readiness skills including resume writing, cover letters, and mock interviews. Grow industry partnerships to provide networking opportunities to students. Collaborate with university transfer specialists to organize events and provide transfer information to students and community members interested in completing a four-year degree.
