I aspire to be the leader that children want to know and parents trust and are in partnership with. I enjoy being in the classroom working with students of all abilities and diverse backgrounds. I also enjoy partnering with parents and staff members in order to collaborate and build ideas together. I strive to build relationships with parents of all background and strive to close the education gap. I work hard to acknowledge and address the needs of my English language learners, special education students, and those that may need extra support with social-emotional. I am confident that my skills and abilities will help all students be successful learners and parents be successful participants in their student’s education. I am confident that I will be an asset to your school with my eagerness to work with others, build students skills, confidence, equity, as well as be a part of your immediate community.
