In addition to journalistic writing, research and editing for Vision for Israel, I have years of job experience as an administrative assistant, writer, editor and public relations person with the Israel Hasbara Committee located in Jerusalem, until the time of its closing. I have also periodically done substitute teaching at the American School in Jerusalem. My years in Israel and work in journalism has given me a rich education in Middle East current affairs, politics and history. I have been greatly enriched along the way by helping women and children in need to find housing, benefits, resources and job skills necessary for making successful life changes.One of my greatest writing pleasures is creating and crafting poetry - also attending poetry group meetings and workshops in Jerusalem. I have had numerous poems published in Israeli journals, and am the author of three published books of poetry - also two poetry and music CDs. The Fountain of Shiloah, a Christian allegory with a biblical, prophetic slant and also a large dose of romance was my first prose undertaking. It has been published by Redemption Press.
