I am a Business Growth Specialist who is passionate about helping others grow and expand their online businesses. I focus on supporting entrepreneurs & wellness coaches through business strategy, podcasts, online courses, memberships, tech integrations and marketing. I grow my clients’ businesses by implementing tools such as email marketing, website and brand building, automation tools, podcasting, & courses. I work with them to implement foolproof business strategies that fit their needs and business goals.

As a member of the product team at Springshot I oversee the development and production of the mobile application, Springshot. By building an incentive-driven, task management platform on iOS and Android, my role is identifying problems and needs from a customer standpoint, conducting design sprints with creative, and executing development with the engineering team. Between the constant communication of all teams, I work to ensure the product has highly developed requirements that deliver the best UI/UX practices, while carefully prioritizing the roadmap to execute on delivery dates.

Springshot is a workforce optimization and collaboration platform for service industries. While in my position, I was a direct support to the customer success team for creating digital training materials and video training materials. Various projects included creative solutions for engaging the user base to drive social engagement. By conducting user research, we were able to identify low points where we should increase engagement success through digital content. By creating and pushing marketing content we've been able to enhance Springshot's social media platform. This included strategizing media plans to increase usage, design brainstorms with the creative team, and execution strategy with the customer success team.

Science, Technology, and Engineering Preview Summer Camp:During my time at STEPS, I was the photographer, videographer and multimedia instructor. For the duration of the camp I would take photos and videos of the campers each week. At the end of each week I would edit the photos and prepare them for output. Additionally I would create a weekly video compilation of the campers week at STEPS. As for my instructor position, I taught campers how to plan ,script, prepare, film, and edit a public service announcement for STEPS camp.
