I strive to inspire and motivate yoga students of all ages and backgrounds in an inclusive and safe space to encourage acceptance of mind, body, and spirt through a vinyasa rooted practice. Every Monday at 7:30pm, anyone is welcome to join my class. If you are a member of Climb Time Indy, the class is free. If not a member, classes are $5.

The Vietnamese government currently conducts performance management on an individual basis only with government employees. As a team of consultants, we encouraged the Vietnamese government to improve these individual level evaluations and to evaluate departments and governmental groups on a larger-scale to analyze the effectiveness of various offices. Through the adoption of a wider performance management system that includes data collection, the data can be analyzed and published for internal and public review through government dashboard systems. The consulting team created a flowchart of a performance management system, a manual of procedures, the value of a data system, and a final recommendation to improve the performance which were adopted by the Vietnamese Government

The SPEA Auction & Gala Committee worked to plan, organize, and execute an annual fundraising event for SPEA graduate studies to aid their professional development. Our mission: "We believe all SPEA graduate students should have the freedom to experience valuable internships and professional development opportunities. Often, prospective employers choose not to or cannot provide funding for their student interns. By utilizing the gifts of generous faculty, alumni, and the community at our annual engaging Auction and Gala event, we support SPEA graduate students to obtain unpaid professional experiences."Recently, we worked as a team to provide structure for current and future board members by providing foundational tools needed to understand the organization, continue strategic planning, and develop and maintain long term relationships with constituencies. The working document also provides members with federal and state legal requirements to maintain tax-exempt and tax-deductible status. Following the creation of the document, we filed the SPEA Auction & Gala as a nonprofit under 501(c)(3) with the state of Indiana.

Several low-income countries that transitioned relatively rapidly from a low- to middle-income status find themselves unable to make an equally impressive transition to a high-income status. The aim of the project was to diagnose the symptoms of the middle-income trap in a set of countries. As a team, we worked directly with an advisor from the Moroccan government. We applied a variety of innovative analytical tools that provided pointers for policy makers interested in accelerating the transformation of these countries to a high-income status. The countries covered in the comparative study were Morocco, Vietnam, Thailand, Malaysia, Brazil, Indonesia and South Korea (comparator). Completion of the project inspired the Moroccan government to implement economic, educational, and institutional development strategies.

I developed a cohesive internal programs for the Center for Women and Children (CWC) and Center for Men (CFM) through a documentation and evaluation process. As Process Consultant, I asked leading questions to guide and assist in the documentation process. Conversations were kept from going astray, advice was given along the journey, and paralysis in the documentation process was avoided. To gain multiple perspectives, I also listened to the case manager, guest service coordinators, and women living at the shelter. By the end of the 6-week internship, a cohesive Personal Intake Form to use along with a cohesive Program Manual complete with a narrative, philosophy, purpose, diagrammatic, element breakdown, requirements, and guidelines for three programs offered at Wheeler Mission were developed. I took initiative to complete projects I was not asked to do simply because I care for others and want success for those living and working at the shelter. I utilized my network to create fun, interactive and educational science experiments for the kids. I was able to adapt in an environment that is constantly changing. Working as a team with the staff members at the CWC and CFM was a rewarding experience. Learning to deal with situations on a relational level rather than an authoritative level opened up my eyes with a new perspective. Through this internship, I strengthened my skills, as well as gained more knowledge about developing and implementing programs. Following the internship I was promoted to hospitality manager where I ensured complimentary services were offered equally and controlled the release of confidential information.

As a cross-functional team, we worked directly with an entrepreneur both domestically (Indiana) and in Chiang Mai, Thailand, which has an emerging economy. We advised the owner how to tackle her unique business challenges by developing an Excel-based financial model that tracks revenue, expenses, and customer feedback in useful metrics aiding in business development. After significant analysis and research, we gave our client tools to clear barriers for growth, identify expansion opportunities, and anticipate future demands through a demand forecasting model. As the client communication lead, I established a strong connection with the client through transparency and two-way dialogue to ensure high-quality deliverables were provided. I discovered that when collaborating with other, I respond effectively to diverse challenges by identifying new projects, prioritizing time-sensitive assignments, and taking initiative to meet performance gaps.
