I have over 10 years experience working in a retail sales setting. My main responsibilities have been training new employees, visual merchandising, processing incoming and outgoing shipments, customer service, processing complex orders, fixing customer issues, and sales. While I have been working in retail, I have also been attending school and have acquired my associates degree in bioscience. While I was in school, I gained 4 years of laboratory experience including gram staining, microbial testing, bacterial and mammalian cell culture, protein analysis and isolation, DNA cloning, PCR, microscopy, dissection, centrifugation, chromatography, spectrophotometry, nanodrop, making complex medias and buffers, and preparing and running SDS-PAGE and gel electrophoresis. I was the valedictorian of my high school, captain of my softball team, and UGA merit scholarship recipient.
