I am a research and insight specialist who has decided to do things a bit differently. I use customer closeness to power up research so that it has greater impact in businesses. Across my 15 years in the industry (both agency and client-side), I have often seen great research go under the radar. I believe this is because customer truths need to be felt, not just heard, to really embed them in business decisions. I use experiences, events and film to create big shifts in customer empathy that drive business change. Working across innovation, communication and segmentation research, I bring stakeholders together with customers to build their customer EQ. I triangulate existing data sources and uncover fresh insight in the right places. I broadcast customer-led film so that everyone around a business can 'feel', not just 'hear'.
